RT9261 是利用CMOS工艺制作的具有超低电源消耗的 Boost 架构 VFM DC/DC 转换器产品系列，适用于电池供电的仪器设备中。RT9261 将振荡器、VFM 控制电路、开关晶体管、参考电压、误差放大器、电压检测电阻、开关保护电路等集成于单一IC中，最少仅需使用3颗外部组件即可构成一个低纹波、高效率的升压电路。RT9261A 提供了一个驱动外部晶体管的端子以满足较高输出电流的应用的需要。EN是IC的使能端，利用它可使芯片在待机状态下仅消耗最大 0.5μA 的电流。
